Maxi Merino is a thick Katia wool, perfect for knitting hats, scarves, sweaters, shawls, or your favorite cold-weather garment. Thanks to its Superwash treatment, Katia ensures that this wool can be put in the dryer.

Being a thick merino wool, you'll be protected on the coldest days. In addition to projects knitting up quickly due to the yarn's size, it's a very forgiving material with knitting needles and crochet hooks. A staple for any "Handmade" lover

FEATURES OF KATIA MAXI MERINO WOOL

• Its composition is 55% superwash merino wool and 45% acrylic.
• Each ball contains 100 grams and 125 meters.
• Due to its thickness, knitting needles of 5½ - 6 mm are recommended.
• To knit a long-sleeved size 42 sweater, you need 6 balls.
• To make a 10 x 10 cm square, cast on 13 stitches and work 18 rows.
• It can be machine washed at up to 30ºC and with a short spin cycle.
• It can be ironed at a maximum of 110ºC.
• Suitable for tumble drying.
