How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are as follows:
- Peninsula: €4.50 is charged for purchases under €55. (Free shipping for purchases over €55)
- Balearic and Canary Islands: €8.50 is charged for purchases under €85. (Free shipping for purchases over €85)

How can I track my order?
Lanas Maite Knitting Shop continues to improve its delivery methods and times; we currently deliver within 24/48 hours.
If you placed your order before 12:00 PM, it will ship the same day; therefore, any orders placed after that time will be prepared for shipment the following day.
We will send you an email with your tracking number and a direct link where you can locate your order or contact the delivery driver.
How do I redeem a discount code?
1st In the shopping cart (you can add notes here if you need to), we finalize the order.
2nd We fill in our contact details (we recommend registering) and click on "continue with shipping".
3rd We make sure that the contact and address are correct, choose the shipping method, and click on Continue to payment.
4th We review the data, fill in the discount code field here, and then fill in the payment details.
Do you ship to other countries?
At Lanas Maite, we are constantly improving our shipping policies. Currently, we do not have international shipping, but if you would like us to send you something outside of Spain, please contact us at info@lanasmaite.com
Are returns allowed?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving your complete purchase, after notifying us at info@lanasmaite.com. Return shipping costs are your responsibility; we don't hold anyone prisoner here.
